Betty Jo Sees

Betty Jo was born in Natchez, Mississippi, and had lived in Euless since 1974. Betty Jo was married for 48 years to Frank Sees, whom she met at a dance at the Air Force base in Greenville, Mississippi. Frank was an officer and pilot in the United States Air Force; then he flew corporate jets.

Betty Jo was a retired floral designer and owned a flower shop in Bedford for many years. She loved cats and was a longtime supporter of the Humane Society of North Texas.

Betty Jo enjoyed playing board and card games with her friends and family. She loved logic puzzles, and her favorite board game was Scrabble. An avid reader, she often read three or four novels a month.

Betty Jo was preceded in death by her husband, Frank, and daughter, Betty Lenore.

Survivors: She leaves behind her children, Cliff Sees and Leah Sees, both of Euless, and Carolyn Sees of Carrollton; her grandson, Alan Sees of Bedford; and her sisters, Patricia Burnett of Mississippi and Carol Jean Gillam of Arkansas.
