Beverly Kotsanis, 69, was born on May 2, 1956 in Chicago, Illinois, to Katina and George Daskolias. She passed away on February 22, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of compassion, dedication, and love that touched countless lives.
Born into a family that carried the traditions and resilience of their homeland, Beverly took deep pride in her Greek heritage throughout her life, a thread that wove through her cooking, her warmth, her hospitality, and the way she loved.
Shortly after their marriage, Beverly and her beloved husband, Dr Constantine (Gus) Kotsanis, co-founded the Kotsanis Institute, a pioneering integrative medicine practice. Together, they created a place of healing and hope for patients navigating cancer, autism, autoimmune disorders, and so much more. This work reflected Beverly's deep commitment to caring for others. She carried that practice forward with courage and honor after Constantine's passing.
Beyond her professional legacy, Beverly was a devoted mother to Katerina and Andrew, a cherished sister to Anna, and a loving daughter to Katina and George. Her family was her foundation.
Those who knew Beverly remember a woman who was warm, fashionable, spunky, quick witted and full of ideas. She had a gift for cooking, a love of travel, and a joy for gathering people around a table. She was fiercely proud of her country and generous in spirit, always putting others before herself.
Beverly is survived by her daughter Katerina Mullane (Billy), her son Andrew Kotsanis, and her sister Anna Adamski (Howard). She is reunited in peace with her husband, Dr. Constantine Kotsanis, and her parents, Katina and George Daskolias.
She will be deeply missed and long remembered.
Services for Beverly will be held on Friday, March 20th, at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Park 5725 Colleyville Blvd. Colleyville, TX 76034. Visitation at 9:30 AM, Funeral at 10:30 AM, and burial to follow directly after the funeral.
