Wanda was born July 15, 1930, in Henderson to Floy and Melvin Braswell. She married Charlie A. Penry on June 8, 1948. Wanda was deeply devoted to her family and loved to travel in her motorhome.
Wanda was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; sister, Geraldine Smith; and grandson, Daniel Penry.
Survivors: Sons, Charles and wife, Cindy, and Bruce and wife, Autumn; sister, Betty Towns; grandchildren, Darcie Kilgore, Stephanie Cotton and husband, Brent, Charles Goff and wife, Monica, and John Penry and wife, Destiny; eight great- grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
