Billy Dan Cooper

Billy was born on May 5, 1970, in Arlington Memorial Hospital, the son of Glen and Shirley Cooper. His homelife was happy, growing up with loving parents and his best friend, his brother Larry, who was 8 years older. They were members of Davis Boulevard Church and were faithful attenders, and it was there that he received Christ into his life. He attended Birdville Public Schools and graduated from Richland High School in 1989.

They moved to North Richland Hills, Texas, and Billy attended Birdville schools. He graduated from Richland High School. When Billy graduated from high school, he began working as a busboy at Olive Garden where he worked for 10 years. Then he was employed by Cintas, where he worked for nearly 27 years.

On October 13, 2001, he married his best friend Margaret Murphy.

The Celebration Service of his life will be held at Cross Church (formerly North Richland Hills Baptist) on April 11, 2026, in Fellowship Hall.

Visitation will precede the service at 10 a.m. and will be followed by the funeral at 11 a.m. A brief Graveside Service will be held at Bluebonnet Cemetery, 5725 Colleyville Boulevard, Colleyville, Texas 76034.
