Bill loved working in the yard. At the end of the day he liked sitting in the yard with his family admiring his red roses! He could not get enough roses. If you did not know what to get him fathers day or his birthday .... you could not go wrong buying him some rose bushes. He always had a place for his roses or amaryllis.
He loved his family. He loved the little ones staying the night. There was no end to him telling them stories and singing to them. He would sing Frauline, Weda Wida Man , and Hush Little Baby.
He helped everyone. Over the years he doesn’t have a child, grandchild, brother, sister, niece or nephew that he has not helped.
He worked hard all his life. It was really hard for him to retire. When he said he was going to retire he really meant he was only going to work 20 hours a week. Finally after many years of 20 hrs a week he is gave it up and retired at 70. He was a man with honor and respect. He was a man of his word. He meant what he said and said what he meant. Everyone loved him sooo much. We will ALL MISS him sooo much!!! We will miss our loving Dad, Papaw, great Papaw, great great Papaw, Uncle Bill, and most of all the love of Mom’s life - HUSBAND! We ALL LOVE ❤️ YOU FOREVER!
