Bill was preceded in death by spouse Pat and son Dean Williams. Bill is survived by sons: Don, and David Williams, daughter Kathy Vincent, Grandchildren: Jake Williams, Brandon Williams, Brittany Williams, Jaclyn Fincher, Jennifer Williams, and Jess Williams.
