In her spare time she enjoyed reading and doing crafts such as ceramics and making jewelry. She had a special kind of love for animals.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Gentry, mother, father and daughters; Lisa Ford and Sherri Starr.
Carol is survived by daughter, Miachelle Gentry, Seagoville, Texas; grandchildren, William Sacks, Priscilla Gamez, Crystal McCoy, Jason Gamez and Michelle Starr; great grandchildren, Chase Pruitt, Kaydence Brown, Kaylee Brown, Kaydee Brown and Mason McCoy; 6 great great grandchildren and cousins, Gail and Larry.
