Cindy Gail Smith, 67, of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away on November 5, 2025. She was born in Grapevine, Texas on September 19, 1958.

Cindy graduated from L. D. Bell High School. She worked in retail at multiple locations. Cindy had a love and passion for all animals.

Cindy was preceded in death by her daughter, Autumn. She is survived by her son, Chad Smith.

Inurnment will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at 12:00 pm at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park.
