

Clifford Grady Chapman III, 61 passed away unexpectedly Saturday September 16, 2017 at his home in Southlake. Cliff was CEO and owner of U.S. Instrument Services of Southlake. Cliff was born May 26, 1956 in Oceanside CA but got to Texas as soon as he could. Cliff was raised in Dallas where he attended Skyline High School, later graduating from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos with a degree in secondary education. Cliff's passions were the Dallas Cowboys, his family and friends and traveling. He made many wonderful friend due to his warm and outgoing personality. A kind man who was always quick to step up when someone was in need. Cliff is survived by his sons Graham Chapman and wife Sandra, Greg Chapman and wife Megan, his mother Sondra Chapman, his father and step-mother Clifford and Diana Chapman. Three brothers, James, Chris and Matthew Chapman. His three granddaughters Gaby, Victoria and Mackenzi and three grandsons, Dylan, Samuel and Whitten.
