Cynthia Elaine Rodriguez

Cynthia Elaine Rodriguez, 66, of Boyd, Texas, passed away on April 13th, 2026. She was born on September 19th, 1959, in Visalia, California to Donald Ray and Joanne McClendon. She was a graduate of Grapevine High School. She was married to Angel Rodriguez and was the loving mother to Chris Rodriguez.

Cindi worked in logistics throughout her career. Starting at Seinkne Logistics and ending at BNSF Logistics. She had built many lasting friendships along the way.

Cindi was a loving and caring person to everyone around her. Even on her difficult days, she always looked for the shining light. Cindi attended Friendship Baptist Church, where her faith gave her strength. She will always be loved and a light to others. She’s now with our Lord where we’ll see her again one day.

She is preceded in death by her father, Ray McClendon; her brothers, Charlie McClendon and Rick McClendon; and her nephew Danny McClendon.

She will be remembered by her husband, Angel Rodriguez; her son, Chris Rodriguez; her mother, Joanne McClendon; her brother, Mike McClendon; and her sister, Eva McClendon.

Services for Cindi will be held at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home and Memorial Park 5725 Colleyville Blvd. Colleyville, TX 76034. Her visitation will be held on Sunday, April 19th, from 5-7 p.m. Her funeral will take place on Monday, April 20th, 10 a.m. and will be followed by the burial.
