Daniel Lee Falmer, of Colleyville, Texas passed away on June 18th, 2018 in Colleyville, Texas surrounded by family. He will always be remembered as a loving husband, father and friend to all that knew and loved him. He was born on May 15th, 1954 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Sylvan and Helen Falmer.

Dan enjoyed life to its fullest and always made everyone around him smile with a quick witted comment. He attended Missouri Southern State University and worked various jobs in the transportation industry. Most recently as the Vice President of Strategic Account Development for J.W. Logistics. Dan's faith was a paramount part of his life and he enjoyed attending Compass Christian Church with his loving wife Okim. He loved to spend time with family & friends, work on his golf game and hike in Breckenridge, CO.

Dan is survived by wife Okim Wood, of Colleyville, TX. Daughter Casey Smith of Manhattan, KS (wife Jessica), Son Brian Wood of Colleyville, TX (wife Jillian) Son Larry Wood of Denver, CO, Grandchildren Liam Wood, Beckham Wood, Gunnar Wood of Colleyville, TX and Leo Smith of Manhattan, KS, Sister Debbie Wilkerson of Chicago, IL, Nephews Eric Wilkerson of Chicago, IL and Evan Wilkerson (wife Mekenzie) of Fayetteville, AR. He was preceded in death by his Father Sylvan Falmer and Mother Helen Falmer of Mount Vernon, MO, Brother in Law Danny Wilkerson of West Memphis, AR and Grandfather Elder Finley and Grandmother Nell Finley of Sarcoxie, MO.
