Debra Sue Foisy

March 3, 1956 – October 30, 2026

Deb went to be with the Lord on October 30, 2026.

Born to Ray and Eddie Bilby in Albany, Texas, Deb leaves behind her husband of 39 years, Douglas Ray Foisy; son, Jeffrey Ray Foisy; stepson, Christopher Ray Foisy; and stepdaughter, Rebecca Lynn Foisy Owens (Heath).

She is also survived by her brothers, Gene Bilby and Larry Bilby; sisters, Linda Jenkins and Jo Bilby; and many nieces, nephews, and friends, all of whom are saddened by her unexpected passing.

Deb retired in January 2026 with plans to do what she loved, which included spending time with friends and family, expanding her flower garden, and traveling with her husband.

Deb was an extraordinary person. Having a license to ride her motorcycle and a pilot’s license, there was no adventure too big for her to achieve.

Deb walked in faith with God and believed in all things good. She helped bring many to the Lord, including those who were incarcerated. To Deb, there was no such thing as a lost soul. Those whose lives she touched have been greatly changed for the better.

Visitation will be held at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, Texas 76034, on November 5, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm, followed by a Funeral Service from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm, and a Committal Service from 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm.
