Denny was born in Santa Monica, Calif. He developed a love for the outdoors at an early age becoming an avid surfer and semi-professional baseball player. He married Marsha on Aug. 26, 1972. Denny spent over 40 years working in the aviation industry selling custom interiors for private jets. His clients included top corporations and foreign royalty, which allowed him to see most of the world as part of his business travel.
Denny was fun-loving and always the life of the party. He enjoyed spending time hunting and fishing with family and friends. But his most accomplished role was that of loving husband, father and son. He will be missed by many.
Survivors: Denny is survived by his wife, Marsha Buckles; his mother, Bette Buckles; his children, Brett Buckles and Chad Buckles and his wife, Hayley; brother, Fred "Buck" Buckles and wife, Barbara; grandchildren, Natalie, Kyson, Bryce and Brayden.
