Hello my love, this is the hardest thing I have ever had to do in my life because for the last almost 54 years I always had you to go through all the rough times with me. On February 8th 1964 we said till death do us part to each other but I don't feel like we have parted because you are still down deep in my heart & I know you will be there until I die & then we will be together again. You gave me a wonderful life filled with our three children who gave us five beautiful grandchildren & I'm so happy you were able to be a part of their lives before you had to go. I will do my best to go on with my life because I know that is what you would want me to do but it is going to be so hard to do. I will always remember the last words you said to me was "I love you". I will close my eyes & hear you saying them again & again every day of my life. I love you so much & even though my heart is hurting so much right now I feel I was so lucky to have been loved by you. Until we see each other again I send you all my love & kisses.

There are no words, because we don't really know how someone feels or that time heals all wounds. I will pray for comfort, and that God will keep you tight in his arms with tender care. Love, and sympathy to the family.
I love you Doris xoxo
