Dorothy Ann May

Dorothy was born in Mountain View, OK 1931, married Truman May December 23,1953 they were married for 57 years until his death in 2010. They moved to Ft Worth and eventually settling in Haltom City, to raise their family. Dorothy worked at the Ft Worth Press for many years and had several other jobs as she liked to stay busy.

Dorothy was preceded in death by the love of her life Truman, her mother Annie McMichael, father Jesse Booker McMichael, Stepfather Albert McMichael, brother and sister in law Johnny & Betty McMichael, and sister Jessie McMichael.

Survivors: Daughter Sherri L. May of Haltom City, Son Robert E May and wife Kathy, of Arlington TX, Grandson Zach and his wife Kellie and great grandson Myles of Flower Mound, Brother Jerry McMichael wife Mary Nell of Caddo Ok, Nieces and Nephews Barbara Mitchell, Larry McMichael, James McMichael and Sherria McMichael of Caddo Ok, Lonny McMichael and his wife Kim of Sammamish, WA and Rita and Sam Skemp of Nashville TN and numerous great nieces and nephews.

Visitation 1 to 2 pm and service at 2pm Saturday, February 15, 2025 at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home in Colleyville.
