

Elizabeth “Beth” Fielder passed away on Friday May 12, 2023. She will always be remembered as a loving wife and mother. She had a giving heart, and her home was always open to those who needed it. She loved bringing people together, whether it was to cheer for her beloved Dallas Cowboys, backyard pool parties, or holidays.
Beth was born on April 16, 1958, in Fort Wayne, IN to Floyd and Dorothy Fields. She attended Trinity High School in Euless, TX, graduating in 1976. She married Richard Fielder on December 17, 1976. Beth worked for The University of Texas at Arlington as an accounting clerk until 1982 when she accepted a position with Lomas and Nettleton as an accounting clerk. She held several positions of increasing responsibility at L&N until she was appointed as manager over the conversion programming organization in 1990. As L&N shutdown operations she moved to a similar position and 1st American Mortgage services. In 2004, Beth left the corporate world to support her mother, Dorothy Fields, during her declining years.
Beth is survived by her husband Richard; her step-daughter PiPa Fielder of River Oaks, TX, her son Jeremy Fielder of Lake Worth, TX, and her daughter Melinda Caram of Bedford, TX; her siblings Sandra Knowlton of Midlothian, TX, Bruce Fields of St. Louis, MO, Norman Fields of Bedford, TX, and Paul Fields of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; her grandchildren Karson Puente of River Oaks, TX, Lucien Fielder of Rock Island, IL, Marcus Fielder of Lake Worth, TX, and Clay Caram of Bedford, TX. She touched the lives of numerous other friends and relatives along the way. She was preceded in death by her loving parents Floyd and Dorothy Fields. A celebration of life will be held at her home on Bobwhite Dr. in Bedford, TX date and time to be announced.
