

He will always be remembered as a loving father and husband to all that knew and loved him. He was born on August 16, 1932 in Amsterdam, New York to Elvin and Edna. Mr. Oberg served in the United States Air Force, and later went on to become a very successful business owner. He loved to travel and spend time with his precious Shih Tzu dogs, Suzie and Cookie.
Mr. Oberg is survived by his wife of 65 years, Patricia; sons Scott and John Oberg and their spouses, Amy and Simmi; and 2 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his son, Elvin Oberg, Jr. and his spouse, Shu.

Elvin (Al) Oberg, Sr. of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away on Monday, January 11, 2021 at Avalon Memory Care in Irving, Texas.
