

Full Military Honors will be accorded Chief Master Sergeant Everett Marion Graham, U.S.A.F., Retired on Tuesday August 8, 2017 at 2:15pm at the DFW National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211. The visitation will be Monday August 7, 2017 6-8pm at Bluebonnet Chapel, 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, TX. The memorial services will be Tuesday August 8, 2017 10:00am at Bluebonnet Chapel, 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, TX. Everett Marion Graham was born on October 25, 1930, eldest son of Seth M. and Anna F.(Wisdom) Graham both life-long natives of Blanchard, Oklahoma. He married his sweetheart Barbara Green on October 10, 1953 in Lindsay, Oklahoma. Honor, duty and family were steadfast character traits in a life served with distinction. Chief Master Sargent Graham proudly served in the U.S. Air Force for 22 years, enlisting in January 1951 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and retiring August 1973 at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He served with the Strategic Air Command in many positions including Crew Chief on the B-36 and Job Control for the B-52 Flight Line Maintenance Operations, at one point having over 150 aircraft in his responsibility at the same time. During his years of service he was awarded many medals and commendations, including The Bronze Star; Good Conduct Medal; National Defense Service Medal; Air Force Longevity Service Award; Air Force Commendation; Outstanding Unit Awards, Meritorious Awards; Korean and Vietnam Awards. He was known to his family, friends and fellow servicemen as "Otto". Chief Graham was an avid Racket ball player, winning several tournaments over his lifetime. Chief Graham served in many overseas tours including: Guam, Okinawa, Thailand, Japan, Greenland and Puerto Rico. His greatest pride was, along with his wife Barbara, were raising 3 of the most beautiful and intelligent children while living in various places around the world. Chief Graham is survived by his wife, Barbara of 63 years; children, Ronna and Ron Banks, Danette and Greg Gardner, Steve and Tina Graham. Seven grandchildren, of which 4 are married, and seven great-grandchildren.
