It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Frances Rochelle Little, who began her new journey with God and family on Thursday, July 9, 2026.
Rochelle, as everyone knew her , was the fourth of five children born to Charles Alan and Marie Barton Jacobs amid World War II on July 31, 1940. Rochelle lived a life not void of struggle and yet it was defined by her faith in God, civil service, raising a family, and her devotion to her 32-year career with Bell Helicopter Textron. She was a gifted pianist, dancer, and singer and enjoyed spending her rare free time doing all three.
Rochelle was a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend and had a remarkable gift of resilience in the face of every challenge. Her generosity, compassion and unwavering love touched countless lives.
She was preceded in death by both of her parents and all four of her siblings. Rochelle survives with her children Valerie Little, Angela Lazard, Alan Little, and Michael Little.
