Gene Pond, 84, of Euless, Texas passed away on February 27, 2019. He was born on May 11, 1934 to Noah and Clara Pond in Fort Worth, Texas.

The Visitation will be Monday, March 4, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at 12:30 p.m. both services will be held at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home.

Gene enjoyed being a father and grandfather to his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed fishing and restoring old cars. He served in the Korean War serving in the Army. He retired from General Motors in 1991 after 36 years of dedicated service. Gene will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Gene is preceded in death by his parents, and his wife of 62 years Lois Pond.

Those left to cherish his memory are: daughters; Marsha Davidson of Euless, Texas, Jeannie Pond of Euless, Texas, Cindy Stephenson, husband Larry of Azel, Texas, and Kimberly Orlikowski of Marshall, Texas; 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends.

Daddy's girls would like to thank Betty Knowles for being and angel to our father and us girls. God Bless and Love always.

Uncle Gene,
He was the sweetest Uncle there ever was. I used to go spend the night with the girl's. And Uncle Gene & Biddie were so Awesome! I miss Biddie a lot. And now I will miss Uncle Gene a lot... 😪 No more pain!!! Very caring Uncle & Aunt. Miss them both. But they are with my Mom & Father now.
Both will ALWAYS be in my Heart!!!
