George was born on January 25th, 1965, in Queens, New York to Frank and Diane Tabone. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1987 before graduating from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 1993.
George married the love of his life, Kate (Craft) Tabone in August of 1990, and the couple had one daughter, Amanda. George was a veterinarian at VCA DeSoto Animal Hospital where he served as Medical Director for more than 25 years. He loved spending time with family and friends, rooting for the New York Giants, the Texas A&M Aggies, and the Dallas Stars, fishing any chance he could, listening to the Beatles, Queen, and the Rat Pack, and savoring a great glass of bourbon.
George is survived by his wife Kate, daughter Amanda, father Frank, grandson George, and sisters Dawn and Julie.
He is preceded in death by his mother Diane.
His viewing will begin at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, September 1st at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, 5725 Colleyville Blvd in Colleyville. His funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, September 2nd at Good Shepherd Catholic Community, 1000 Tinker Rd in Colleyville. Following the funeral mass, there will be a graveside prayer at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville.
