Mr. Ray- Your amazing daughter Amber and I were just reminiscing about you. She loves you so much and misses you terribly. I’m so glad I got to meet you. She still thinks the world of you, and you’d be so proud of her!

Our favorite memory of Glenn is his passing out Bibles at Mission Northeast on the annual Christmas "shopping" day for clients of The Mission. He was so rich in interests and his love for His Savior and other people. He will definitely be missed!

What a shock. I rode the bus with Glen and saw him at work all the time. We were all excited to see his presentation on Cuba last year. Condolences on your loss.

I'm very saddened to hear the news of Glenn's passing.  He was one of the managers I supported here at Enterprise Products.  Glenn was such a kind, intelligent, and witty man.  I was fortunate to hear some of the stories of his travels especially the one to Cuba. He will be truly missed.  My thoughts go out to his family.  Rest in peace, Glenn.

I was saddened to hear of the passing of Glenn.  I knew and worked with him back at Southwest Bank of Texas/Amegy Bank from 2002-2005.  It was a pleasure to have worked and known him personally and my condolences go out to the Ray family.

Glenn and I became fast friend when we realized we had similar hobbies. I always enjoyed visiting with him and he was a pleasure to work with at Enterprise.  My heart aches for your family. Praying for you all.

So sorry for your loss.  I'll remember Glenn as a man who had passion for his work and approached it methodically day in and day out.  He and I worked at Superior Oil back in the 80's and it was funny when we were reacquainted at Enterprise Products (almost simultaneously after shaking hands, we said "you look familiar, didn't you work at...") - so, hold onto to the hope of your reunion.

Glenn and I go all the way back to working together at Coastal Corporation in the 1980's.  He was a man of great integrity and a good friend.  He will surely be missed.

Glenn was a mentor to me when I became part of ISACA after I joined the organization as an academic advocate for the University of Houston - Clear Lake. His calm guidance and willingness to serve will be sorely missed. My prayers go out to his family during this difficult time.

It is an honor to write this tribute to Glenn Ray â€“ a friend, colleague, auditor, former ISACA President, husband, and father.  In whatever role we knew him, from whatever vantage point, he stood apart as someone special!
For as long as I can remember, Glenn Ray has been a fixture in the IT Audit Community in Houston.  I first met him when he worked at the Coastal Corporation many years ago and I even had the chance to work with him in 2012, but alas it did not occur.  But I did have the privilege of working with him on many Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) boards, two audit and control (CACS) conferences and on his own Board of Directors when he was President of the Houston Chapter.   Glenn was always committed to improving controls at any company he was at and this carried over to his work with ISACA, where he was always helping those in the profession, including those just starting out.  He always wanted to learn more and we had a lot of lively conversations about risk and controls over the years.  
Glenn was a caring and beloved family man, a cherished colleague and friend.  He will be missed by many, but he will never be forgotten by those who were fortunate enough to have known him!

I had the priveledge of working with Glenn at Enterprise Products, he was a hard worker and Loyal-Joyful servant of Christ.  My condolences to his daughter and wife.  He was a good man.

Wow Glenn's passing was really a surprise.  Glenn gave so much to others and especially his Christian witness. We have been communicating via email this summer about his athletic successes and each time he would get back to what he was doing to help others as a service to Christ. 
In 1980 his high school high jump record was broken, and he made a personal contact to congratulate the new record holder.  His actions showed the Haltom High track team how to work for your best and how to acknowledge the best of others.  What a great life and witness!

May God's peace comfort you at this difficult time. Glenn and I worked together on the ISACA Houston board for many years. I miss Glenn's kindness, dedication to excellence and his compassionate contributions to the IT Audit profession.
