Harold Vann Black age 84, of Grapevine, Texas passed away peacefully on Saturday morning, August 12, 2017. Graveside Services will be held at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 5725 Colleyville Blvd., Colleyville, TX 76034 at 10am, Saturday, August 19, 2017. Visitation 1 hour prior. Uncle Harold had a full life growing up in Quinton, Alabama. He Moved to California with his family and joined the Navy after high school. After a time, he moved to Grapevine, Texas where he worked at DFW Airport until his retirement. He loved art and music and was a very talented painter. He played his keyboard every chance he had and loved every minute of it. He was a loving son, brother and uncle to all of us surviving him. He is preceded in death by his Mom and Dad, Brother and Sister, their spouses, one niece and one great-nephew. Harold is survived by his nephews, Gary McAlpin and Danny McAlpin and his wife Bonnie and their boys, Scott and Marc; great niece, Lisa Taylor and her husband Robert; great nephew, Phil Oldham and his family which includes third and fourth nieces and nephews.
