Harold proudly served his country during World War II where he was awarded the Bronze Star. After his military service he had the opportunity to join the team working for Sunset Motor Freight where he retired from his role as Comptroller. He was loved and will be missed by his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Eva Lou Rohde; parents, Hugo and Lydia Rohde; sons, Johnny E. Rohde, Lee Rohde and her sister Mildred Megan. He is survived by his daughter, Chester McQuerry; sister, Annice Guenther and husband Leroy; grandchildren, Donald Rohde, Shannon Rohde; their mother Debbie Rohde; granddaughter, Stacey Ellis and husband Douglas; 2 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild.
