Helene Mabel Sheffield, 79, of North Richland Hills, Texas passed on April 30, 2025. Helene was born on August 20, 1945, in Gloversville NY.
She graduated from Mayfield High School in Mayfield NY. Helene was married to her high school sweetheart, Larry for 60 years this month on May 22. She was a devoted wife and mother who loved to sew and estate sale shop.
Helene enjoyed seeing the progress of a growing community as a longtime resident of Colleyville Texas since 1977, watching it grow from a farm community to a more modern country-city feel.
Helene is survived by her husband Larry of 60 years, her son Bradley, daughter-in-law Angela, two grandchildren: Katrina Auldridge & her husband Caden Auldridge, Jeffery Sheffield and a great grandson, Soren Thompson. Including Helene’s Younger Sister Carol & John Wyant of Florida and Youngest Brother Harley Gibson of Maryland.
Services will be held at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home and Memorial Park in Colleyville, TX
