She was born on September 27th, 1948 in Fort Worth, Tx and lived a full and happy life with her husband of 42 years, Otis Carpenter, Jr. She will always be remembered as a sweet and loving woman who had a wonderful smile and laughter that was contagious.
She is pre-deceased by her parents Mildred and D.C. Allen; brother, Billy Bob Allen, and her beloved husband Otis F. Carpenter, Jr.
She is survived by her brother, James Richard Allen of Hughes Springs, Tx and several loving cousins.
The services for Hellen will take place Thursday, January 5th, 2023 at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. The funeral service will follow at 12 p.m. and will conclude with burial in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park at 1:00 p.m.
