Mrs. Irma Jean Maddox

Irma was born in Mobile, Alabama on May 15, 1932 to Clinton and Mary Jane Havard. She grew up in Mobile, Alabama and was married to Earl Maddox on March 14, 1952. They enjoyed 54 years of marriage.

Since Earl was in the military they lived in many cities in the United States and abroad.

Irma was a homemaker for her husband and children and then worked at Boeing for several years as a production supervisor. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Irma was preceded in death by her husband Earl Maddox, in 2006.

Irma is survived by her children, Rick Maddox & wife Connie Maddox; Brenda Beach & husband Don Beach. Her grandchildren Jennifer Martin & husband Clint, Jennifer Simpler & husband Russell and Kari Maddox. Her great grand-children Danny Martin, Jake Simpler, Bryce Simpler, Miles Simpler and Kash Elliott.

The family would like to thank Hilltop Park Care Center in Weatherford for their care over the past year.

Visitation 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm with Graveside Service at 3:00 pm at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville, Texas.
