Funeral: A service honoring Mr. Jenkinson's life will commence at 1 p.m. Thursday, July 31, in the chapel of Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, 5725 Colleyville Blvd., Colleyville. Interment: Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Friends are encouraged to gather and greet the family during visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the Cherry Drawing Room of Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home.
Jim was born Jan. 1, 1938, in Rochester, N.Y., to James Stewart Jenkinson and Elaine Marie Jenkinson.
Jim was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Jenkinson; brother, Lansing "Lance" Jenkinson; and his parents.
Survivors: His children, Kristin Jenkinson-Mailloux and Kathryn Gonzales; grandchildren, Sarah Hilligiest, Erick Mailloux and Philip Mailloux IV; great-grandchildren, Serenity Hilligiest, Sovi Hilligiest and Joey Hilligiest; and his sister, Judith "Judy" Coyle.
