Janie Hughes Iven, of Bedford, Texas, passed away on Sunday, May 12th in Bedford, Texas. She will always be remembered as a loving Daughter, Mom, Gramma and Dear Friend to all that knew and loved her. She was born on January 24, 1946 in Enid, Oklahoma to Leon and Eula Hughes. Janie loved to travel, garden, bird watch and spend time with her daughters and grandchildren. Janie is survived by daughter Jessica Iven Wyatt and her husband Mike Wyatt of Austin, Texas, grandsons Maxwell and Ben Wyatt; daughter Danielle Iven Speegle of Bedford, Texas, granddaughters Emma and Hope Speegle; daughter Nicol Iven Neves and her husband Scott Neves of Pflugerville, Texas, granddaughter Megan and grandson Jacob Hoffer; brother Jerald Hughes and wife Linda Hughes of Enid, Oklahoma, nephew Shawn Hughes; and brother John Hughes of Enid, Oklahoma. The Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. on May 19, 2019 at Martin United Methodist Church in Bedford, Texas. Reception to follow. Janie Hughes Iven, of Bedford, Texas, passed away on Sunday, May 12th in Bedford, Texas. She will always be remembered as a loving Daughter, Mom, Gramma and Dear Friend to all that knew and loved her.
She was born on January 24, 1946 in Enid, Oklahoma to Leon and Eula Hughes. Janie loved to travel, garden, bird watch and spend time with her daughters and grandchildren.
