Bedford - Jeanine Moore Badolato, after a long life filled with faith, family, and friends, Jeanine Badolato passed away on October 13, 2018. Jeanine was born on April 29, 1943, in Johnson City, Tennessee, to Charles and Catherine Kasperek. Soon after, her family moved to Oak Ridge, Tennessee, where she spent her childhood. Jeanine attended the University of Tennessee after high school graduation. She loved east Tennessee with their beautiful mountains and lakes. She was a lifelong Volunteer and an avid college football fan.
After a few moves, her young family settled in Texas and raised their children. They spent time riding motorcycles together, involved in youth sports, piano recitals, and travelling annually back to Tennessee. As her kids finished high school and began college, Jeanine embarked on a new career with American Airlines. She made lifelong friends and memories. Jeanine remained active in retirement with her AA friends. She loved to travel and enjoyed visiting exotic destinations all over the world with Maui, Hawaii, being her favorite because it was where she married the love of her life, Michael Badolato, Jr. She also enjoyed volunteering with her friends, especially greeting troops returning home from deployments.
Jeanine was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Badolato, Jr., her parents, Charles and Catherine Kasperek, and her sister, Vicki Kasperek. She is survived by her children Michele Wilson of North Richland Hills, Texas, and husband, Robert, her sons, Dylan Flowers, children Cameron and Carly, and Chase Flowers; Tony Moore of Azle, Texas, and wife, Mary, his daughters, Shere Moore, her children Rylee Taylor, Jackson and Kennedy Owens, Toni Hornbeck and husband, Brandon, children, Harley and Hayes, Samantha, Shea, and Talley, Matthew Moore of Commerce City, Colorado, and wife, Shelley, children, Abigail, Charlie, Jake, and Clayton.
Visitation will be at Compass Christian Church located at 2600 Hall Johnson Road in Colleyville from 3:00 – 5:00 pm on Friday, October 19th. Graveside service will be at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park located at 5725 Colleyville Boulevard in Colleyville at 3:00 pm on Saturday, October 20th.
