Jeanne was born in Amarillo, Texas on the 6th of May, 1956 to Stanley Dan Levell and Ina Fay Levell. Jeanne grew up in the DFW area where she attended schools in the Birdville Independent School District, graduating from Richland High School in 1974. She lived in North Richland Hills for most of her life where she raised her two children, Stephanie and Daniel.
Jeanne was the most committed grandmother (Nana), selflessly giving her time to go to every one of her grandchildrens sporting events, plays, recitals, practices, and concerts. She never hesitated to change her plans if it meant she got to be with her grandchildren. She loved her friends so much. If she was not spending time with her family, she was with her keno group, out to dinner with her tennis friends, at the lake with work friends, and of course the beach trips to Florida.
Above all else, mom was a devoted follower of Christ. She loved attending church at Church of the Willows, Metroplex Chapel, and C3. She served the Lord as a leader in the youth group, traveling to church camps and events all around our state. She knew she could use her God given wisdom to help teach the youth of our church and be a voice of reason to so many during their younger years. Her legacy begins and continues with her love for the Lord. She furthered the kingdom of Heaven by how she chose to live her life. Her outlook on life is one of the most important memories we have of her. Through everything she faced mom would say; “There is a difference between having hard things happen to you in life and having a hard life. I have had an amazing life through all of the hard things that have happened to me.”
Jeanne is preceded in death by her father Stanley Dan Levell, her mother Ina Fay Levell, and her sister Janet Waltz. Jeanne is survived by her sister and husband, Gayle and Monty Hale (North Richland Hills) and her brother Brad Levell (Salt Lake City), also her Children; Stephanie and Michael Maupin (Fort Worth) as well as Daniel and Megan Arnold (Trophy Club), her five sweet grandchildren; Madison, Skylar, Cooper, Mary Claire, and Peyton, and numerous nieces, nephews, and countless cousins and so many wonderful friends.
