She was married to her soulmate, John Thomas (Tom) Schumaker, for 41 years before
his passing in 2011.
Judi worked as a medical assistant to Dr. Robert Ure for many years. When she retired,
she volunteered at Medical City Arlington. She was compassionate and enjoyed helping
others.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Phyllis Pollock Culp and Floyd Culp; brother,
Daniel Culp; sisters Kathleen Wagner and Mary Goodwin.
She is survived by her daughter, Krista Porter and her husband, Kevin; son, Travis
Schumaker, grandchildren, Kade and Kara Porter; great-grandchildren, Kailee Porter,
Rendon Porter, and Kolson Vogt; sisters, Patricia Lennon, Barbara Felan, Cheryl Lubratovic ; and many nieces and nephews.
