Kathleen "Kathy" Cooper

Funeral Mass in celebration of Kathy Cooper will be on Friday, July 25 at 11:00 am at Good Sheppard Catholic Church. Vigil (wake service) followed by Rosary will be on Thursday, July 24, at 7:00 p.m. at Good Sheppard Catholic Church, 1000 Tinker Rd, Colleyville, TX 76034.

Kathy's greatest joy in life was being a devoted wife, Mom and Mimi. She faithfully supported her children and grandchildren's athletic activities, attending all games and events. She loved gatherings for her family and friends and hosting formal tea parties for her grandchildren.

She loved working outdoors and created elaborate trails through the woods at her home in Eddy.

She was preceded in death by her son, Kirt Daniel, her father, John M. Thorne, and her brother, Brent Richard Thorne.

Kathy is survived by her husband of 42 years, Gregory Lyn Cooper, her children and grandchildren; daughter, Amy Cooper McCauley and husband, Todd; their children, Cooper (14), Campbell (11), and Chloe (8); daughter, Alicia Cooper Cannon and husband, Chad; son, Clint Cooper and wife, Kim; their children, Ben (9), Clementine (7), Anna Claire (6), and Callahan (3); son, Dusty Cooper and wife, Brittany Bailey; their daughter, Bailey James (1); mother, Lois M. Torbert Thorne; brothers, Kim Thorne, Hal Thorne, John M. Thorne, Jr.; sisters, Jody Thorne Morris, Coni Thorne Cook, Sally Thorne, Polly Thorne Flory, and many nieces and nephews
