

Kelly was born on December 4, 1954 in Irving, Texas. He was the son of Travis and Joan Williams. Kelly grew up in Irving, Texas.
Kelly was raised with one brother, Kyle and one sister, Celeste. Kelly was usually involved in all sorts of activities with his siblings. He and his siblings shared many life experiences over the years.
Kelly graduated from MacArthur High School in Irving. After high school, he received a bachelors from Baylor University. Kelly was a member of AEX Ministerial Fraternity. Kelly found pleasure in sports. He played football in high school and college and was on the track team.
After attending college, Kelly met and married his wife Becky Light. Kelly and Becky were blessed with one son
Fortunately, Kelly enjoyed what he did for a living. Showing a strong work ethic, Daniel worked diligently and did his best to succeed in his career. Kelly worked for Williams Delivery Service, a business owned by his family until 1985. He then worked for Polaroid from 1986 until founding his business with his brother Kyle in 1995. Together they started TRAKK Fulfillment. Kelly operated the company as the CEO until his passing.
Kelly's faith was important to him. Kelly was active in the church, never met a stranger and was known as a kind and gentle giant. He was a former chairman of the Board of Elders at Community Bible Church. For twenty years he was Commander of the AWANA program. During that time he showed the love of Christ and led several children to the Lord. He was also very active in several choirs and loved to sing.
Daniel Kelly Williams, age 62, of Carrollton, Texas went to be with our Lord and Savior on Thursday, January 19, 2017. Kelly is survived by his wife of 31 years, Becky Williams; son Travis Williams; sister, Celeste Williams; aunt, Mary Gutschow and several nephews, nieces and cousins.
Services were held at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Colleyville, Texas. Kelly was laid to rest in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville, Texas.
Kelly was an individual who will be remembered by his family and friends as being a caring and giving person, someone who was a vital part of their lives. Kelly leaves behind him a legacy of life-long friendships and many cherished memories. Everyone whose life he touched will always remember Daniel Kelly Williams. Kelly was loved and he will be missed.
