Mr. Larry G. Gardner

He was born September 28, 1944, in Waseca Minnesota to Jack Gardner and Elsie Lorraine Bell. They later moved to St. Augustine Florida, Where He married the mother of his 3 Daughters Geraldene Reeves, on February 28, 1971. They then later moved to Arlington, TX in 1975.

On February 17, 1981, He married the love of his life, Naomi Kizer, becoming stepfather to Naomi’s 2 wonderful children. Larry was a long-time resident of Euless TX where he worked as a courier for many years. He enjoyed spending time and Holidays with his family and playing many many hours of video games.

Larry at the young age of 77 left this world with his daughter and sister by his side after a yearlong battle with lung cancer.

Larry is survived by his sister, Jackie Nuzum; brother Steve Gardner; Daughter, Lori Compton and Ex-spouse Jimmy Compton and Boyfriend of 9 years Stacy Gossett; Daughter, Angel Gardner and Ex-spouse Randy Durham; Step Daughter, Kami Kizer and Spouse David; Step Son, Kurt Kizer and Spouse Melinda Kizer; 12 Grandchildren, Randy Durham Jr, Trenton Compton, Alyssa Compton, Khristian Durham, Ryan Kizer, Evan Kizer, Amanda Durham, Catelin Durham, Kierstin Compton, Sydney Gardner, Mallory Kizer, and Mercy Durham; 10 Great Grandchildren, Ava Compton, Kinsley Richards, Baby C (on the way), and 6 more great-grandsons and 1 great-granddaughter

He is preceded in death by his parents Jack and Elsie Gardner, Grandson JC Kizer, and youngest Daughter Pamala Gardner-Fletcher

A visitation for Larry will be held Friday, April 8, 2022, from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, 5725 COLLEYVILLE BLVD, COLLEYVILLE, TX 76034.

The funeral service will occur Friday, April 8, 2022, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 5725 COLLEYVILLE BLVD, COLLEYVILLE, TX 76034. Burial will follow immediately at the Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park, 5725 COLLEYVILLE BLVD, COLLEYVILLE, TX 76034.

After the funeral services, the family will be having a meal at Gloria's in Colleyville and invite whoever may be able to join them.
