Leon has been a special friend for many years and has influenced my life and faith in many ways . It was always a joy to be with him or to get a text or call. I will really miss him but feel my life is blessed for having been his friend.

I grew up in Maywood two years behind Leon. We lived about a half a block away. We played together. We had fights and we had fun. I know a lot of stuff that he would not want mentioned. Leon I know you are up there smiling down on me so will shut up. Seriously Leon was a long time friend. He will always be in m y memories...Lowell
