

He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather to all that knew and loved him. He was born on December 14, 1933 in Pinckneyville, Illinois to Lawrence and Cora Bigham.
Leslie was married to the love of his life Gloria for 66 years. He loved gardening, collecting coins, and caring for any and all animals that showed up on his porch. He enjoyed coaching his girls’ softball teams, volunteering his time to help others with yard work; and he served as a Deacon at his church while staying active in his church community.
Leslie was a machinist and engineer at Menasco for over 30 years. He also worked as a welder for Byars Bit and Tool. Then he became a massage therapist and started working as general maintenance for Wal-Mart.
Leslie is survived by his wife Gloria, daughters: Karen and husband Tim; Kim and husband Brian; and Kathy. Grandchildren: Wendy and husband Drew; William, and Kaleb, and 2 bonus grandchildren Jamie and Justin. Brothers and sisters: Barb and husband Floyd; Frances; Bonita and husband Bill; Tommy; Marty and husband Jerry; John; Mary; and Erna, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Debbie, and his grandson Garrett; his parents Lawrence and Cora; and his sister Ann and brother Robert.
A visitation will take place on Monday, November 16, 2020 from 4:30-6:30pm at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home; Colleyville, Texas. The graveside service will be Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 10:00am at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park, Garden of Rainbow; Colleyville, Texas.
