She will always be remembered as a faithful wife, loving mother and “hands on” grandmother to all who knew her. She was born on August 9, 1925, in St. Paul, MN to Jacob and Anna Koch. Lorraine was a strong and faith-filled woman who was loved by all who knew her.
Lorraine is survived by two daughters, Victoria (Mike) Heminger of Colleyville, TX, and Valerie (Frederick) Bruderly of Fishers, IN; one brother, Richard (Mary Ann) Koch of Lindstrom, MN; five granddaughters, Amy (Kelley) Orr of North Richland Hills, TX, Jane (Dermot) Vardiman of Euless, TX, Leila (Tyrone) Warren of Lewisville, TX, Meggin (Brad) Gates of Carmel, IN, Abbie (Jason) Howard of Fishers, IN; ten great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandsons, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty years, E.J.Germann; four sisters, and four brothers.
Funeral Mass of Burial is at 10 am Saturday, July 7, 2018, at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Colleyville, followed by a reception in the parish hall. Visitation is from 6 to 7:30 pm Friday, July 6, 2018, at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home in Colleyville, TX, with a rosary at 7:30 pm. Interment is 1 pm Thursday, July 12, 2018 at the Catholic Cemetery in Fort Wayne, IN. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or to the American Lung Association.

Visitation will be held from 6-7:30 pm on Friday, July 6, at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home in Colleyville, TX, followed by a rosary at 7:30 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, July 7, at 10 am at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Colleyville, followed by a reception in the parish hall. Interment will be on Thursday, July 12 at The Catholic Cemetery in Fort Wayne, IN.
