

Lynda Andrews Kelley passed away peacefully on July 7, 2026, at the age of 80. She will be remembered as a dedicated wife, mother and lover of animals.
Lynda was born on September 25, 1945, to H.P. “Andy” and Jessie Lowry Andrews in Dayton, Washington. She grew up in Richland Hills, where she graduated from Haltom High School. Lynda took great joy in watching her children and grandchildren grow, and she had a deep love for animals. She spent countless hours volunteering at the Richland Hills Animal Shelter and fostering numerous dogs and cats.
Lynda is survived by her sons, Scott Kelley and his wife, Elizabeth, of Fate, Texas, and Sean Kelley and his wife, Robyn, of Eugene, Oregon; her sister, Jamie Sullivan, of Fort Worth, Texas; and her grandchildren, Andrea Neal and her husband, Cody, of Lubbock, Texas, and Paige Kelley of Austin, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Kenneth Kelley, and her parents.
A graveside service will be held on August 8th at 10:00 at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in our Garden of Tranquility section.
