

Marion Robert Glover of Alvarado, TX passed away on October 25, 2019 in Granbury, TX. He will always be remembered as a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle and friend, to all that knew and loved him.
He was the second of five children born on December 06, 1929 in Kingfisher, OK to Harry and Nellie Glover He married Billie Lang of Slidell, TX in March 1951 and together they had three children He joined the Air Force in 1948. He was by trade a tool and dye pattern maker for Bell Helicopter and General Dynamics. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, and hunting. He was also a baseball coach, Cub Scout Leader, Volunteer firefighter, police officer, welder, and a Deacon in the Church of Christ.
Marion is survived by wife, Bille Glover of Granbury, TX; sister, Mary Ellen Green of Corinth, TX; brother, Virgil Glover of Seattle, WA; children, Larry Glover and wife, Cindy of Glen Rose, TX; Randy Glover and wife, K Dawn of Fort Davis, TX; and daughter, Tammy Krynik and husband Mitchell of Granbury, TX. He also survived by three grandchildren, one step-grandchild, four great grandchildren, and two step grandchildren along with his three granddogs and his favorite fur baby, Sam. He has also been an amazing uncle to numerous nieces and nephews.
