Marita Vesta Campbell, of Keene, TX., passed away on the 11th day of December 2017 in Burleson, TX. She will always be remembered as Granny to all that knew and loved her. She was born on the 11th day of October 1927 in Tioga, Texas to Floyd and Vesta Amos.

She was known to be a loving little woman with an ornery streak a mile wide. She was preceded in death by her daughter; Donna Clearwater, husband; Delbert Campbell, Sr., brothers; Ray and Bill Amos. She is survived by her son Buddy Campbell, son-in-law; Mike Clearwater, brother; Charley Amos, sisters; Shirley Toney, Janie Groce and Brenda White, 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

The visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, December 14,2017 at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, December 15, 2017 at Bluebonnet Funeral Home Chapel.

Biography

      Mrs. Marita V Campbell was known as many things to many people. She was a loved one, a friend, and someone special. To family and friends who knew her best, Marita will be remembered as a very exceptional person.

       She was the daughter of Floyd and Vest Amos.

      Simply stated, Marita was a good and kind person, an individual who will for all time be remembered by her family and friends as being a caring and giving person, someone who was a vital part of their lives. Marita leaves behind her a legacy of life-long friendships and many cherished memories. Everyone whose life she touched will always remember Mrs. Marita V Campbell.
