Service: 9 a.m. Friday at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home in Colleyville. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
She was born on Oct. 4, 1930, in Avon, N.Y. She married Jerry Smith in New York in 1950 and they moved to Euless in 1974. Martha was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved and worshipped her family more than anything. She enjoyed visits to casinos and playing Bingo.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jerry Smith; her son, Gerald Smith; her granddaughter, Rosie Smith; and her siblings.
Martha will be missed dearly.
Survivors: Martha is survived by her daughter, Kathy Heckman and husband, Tim, of York, N.Y.; son, Danny Smith of Euless; daughter, Laurie Stephens and husband, Bill, of Arlington; son, Randy Smith of Euless; daughter, Nancy and husband, Sal, of Arlington; daughter-in-law, Rose Smith of Geneseo, N.Y.; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
