Mr. Marvin Leon Graves

Marvin was born on December 2, 1945 in Weatherford, Texas to Marvin Jack Graves and Maudie Imogene Graves. After high school, Marvin joined the United States Navy where he served honorably earning a National Defense Service Medal, a Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, and a Vietnam Service Medal with One Bronze Star. Marvin married Daisy Martinez Morales on November 1, 1969 in Brooklyn, New York. Marvin and Daisy moved to Texas and had one child, Scotty.

Marvin worked in the HVAC field for over 35 years and enjoyed tournament fishing and spending time with friends and family.

Marvin Graves was preceded in death by his wife Daisy Graves in 2021, mother Maudie Baker in 2011, father Marvin Jack Graves in 2005, and brother Milton Graves in 2018.

Marvin Graves is survived by his son, Scotty Graves and his wife, Rebecca Graves, their son, Andrew Graves of Haslet, Texas. Sisters, Jackie Beauvais of Weatherford, Pat Sullivan of Abilene; and Brother Dale Richardson of Weatherford.

Graveside service will be on Friday, October 29, 2021 at 10AM at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville, Texas.
