Mary Lynn was born in Hartford, CT to Robert and Cheryl Wilkinson and was the youngest of five children. Mary Lynn was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Cheryl Wilkinson, brother Bobby Wilkinson, and sister Susie Thiele. Mary Lynn is survived by her sister Janet Simonds, and brother Jim Wilkinson. How she loved her parents and siblings in all their eccentricities!
She is also survived by the love of her life and husband of 55 years, George Reich, as well as daughters Andrea Reich, Emily Hobart, and 5 adoring grandchildren Jacob, Elizabeth, Benjamin, David, and Miriam. She loved her family fiercely and was an unsurpassed wife, mother, mentor, and friend.
Outside the home, Mary Lynn was an accomplished makeup artist who won the Lancôme “Woman of the Year” award. She was also a chosen Teaching Leader for Bible Study Fellowship International’s Fort Worth young adults group.
Mary Lynn’s legacy of faith will have lasting effects for eternity. Her love of Jesus was contagious to all whom she came in contact with, whether a stranger or a dear friend. Jesus was the center of who she was and her life’s mission was to share His message of salvation. Her joy and optimism in life was infectious to all. She was an unforgettable individual, making you feel as if you were the most important person in the world with a special and unique plan designed for you by God. Unfortunately, she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis which ravaged her body. She lived in constant, chronic pain for over a decade, though her faith and optimism never wavered. She was ushered into heaven on September 23, 2022, looking forward to fully healing and rejoicing in the presence of Jesus Christ her Lord and Savior.
A Celebration of Her Life will be held on October 8, 2022, at 2:00pm at Countryside Bible Church, 250 Countryside Ct., Southlake, TX 76092.
