Mattie Terry Nycz, passed away on August 17, 2017. She was born on March 3, 1920 to Luther and Beulah Terry at Farris, Oklahoma. The youngest of five girls, Lena Terry Pool, Anna Lou Terry Benham, Marie Terry White, and Edna Terry Hopson. Mattie was raised in a loving Baptist Home. She married the love of her life, Joseph Nycz, of Elizabeth, New Jersey on November 16, 1984 in Ole Towne, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and had 22 wonderfully happy years. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joe; her parents, Luther and Beulah Terry; sisters, Lena, Anna Lou, Marie and Edna and numerous other relatives. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews, who will forever cherish her memory. The family will receive friends during visitation on Sunday, August 20, 2017 from 2pm to 5pm at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home. A Graveside service will be held on Monday, August 21, 2017 at 10:00am at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park.
