Maxine A. Sparks

Terry Sparks, born on September 28, 1940, in Dallas, Texas, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on September 13, 2024. At the age of 83, Terry lived a life filled with love, laughter, and dedication to her craft.

A talented beautician by trade, Terry spent decades bringing beauty and confidence to countless individuals. She was known not only for her skill with scissors and brushes but also for her warm, caring nature, always making others feel special with her infectious smile and gentle touch. Her clients were more than just appointments; they became lifelong friends who appreciated her thoughtful conversations and generous spirit.

Beyond her career, Terry was deeply loved by her family and friends. She had a passion for life, whether that was through traveling, cooking for family gatherings, or sharing stories from her rich life experiences. Her joy in simple pleasures and her unwavering love for those around her left an indelible mark on everyone she met.

Terry's memory will be cherished by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her son Danny Urban. She is survived by her daughter Tammy (Larry) Wallace, her grandchildren Jessica Wallace, Christopher (Haley) Wallace, Dannie Urban, and Jake Urban, and her great-grand children Charles “Avery” Franklin, and Fender Wallace, and a wide circle of friends who will forever remember her kindness, strength, and grace. She will be dearly missed, but her legacy will live on in the hearts of those she touched.

Visitation will be on Friday, September 20, 2024 at 9am at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home; 5725 Colleyville Blvd. Colleyville, Texas 76034. Graveside service will be Friday, September 20, 2024 at 10am at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park.
