My favorite uncle in Bill Tyler's family. A man who loved his family and cared for others. Uncle Melvin and Aunt Ruby were always so sweet to Bill, myself and our children. He always treated me as one of the family. You could tell this was a man who loved the Lord by the way he conducted his life. Rest in peace Uncle Melvin, I know your are enjoying seeing all who have gone before you. My love and prayers to those you left behind. I love each of you! May you have God's peace within you. Love, Judy Tyler & family

My Pop's big brother! Ms. Ruby and Mr. Melvin are the sweetest folks! 30 years ago I was driving a uhaul home from Colorado with my daughter. I tried to make it in one long drive but by the time I got to Dallas I was just sick with stress and exhaustion. Mom and Pop called Melvin & Ruby and they said "give that child directions to our house so she can sleep!" They opened their home to a relative by marriage that they had never met, with a cranky 5 yr old in tow! I have never forgotten their generosity, and I was so pleased to be able to see them for Melvin's 90th birthday celebration. Much love to you all, Ms. Ruby! ~ Jen
