

Minnie Oleta Fierro, age 102, passed away on June 25, 2026.
Minnie was born on September 1, 1923, in Grayson County, Texas to Fred McDaniel and Myrtle Spears McDaniel. She was raised in Wichita Falls, Texas, where she attended school through the eighth grade.
In 1942, Minnie married the love of her life, Paul V. Fierro. Together they built a loving home and were blessed with one daughter. Minnie dedicated her life to her family as a devoted homemaker, creating a warm and welcoming home filled with love, kindness, and cherished memories.
She found joy in life's simple pleasures, especially attending garage sales and antique shopping. Minnie also generously gave her time volunteering at Coat of Many Colors and enjoyed sewing, a hobby that reflected her creativity and caring spirit.
Minnie will be remembered as a wonderful storyteller whose warm smile could brighten any room. Her family and friends will forever treasure the love, laughter, and countless memories she shared throughout her long and remarkable life.
She leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and compassion that will continue to inspire all who knew her.
Preceded in death by her parents, Fred McDaniel and Myrtle Spears McDaniel; her beloved husband, Paul V. Fierro; and her sister Leverne Melton.
Survived by her daughter, Judith Pucci; grandsons Brent (Janice) Pucci, Brian (Kathleen) Pucci, Dave (Libbi) Pucci, Mike (Kaila) Pucci, and Chris (Lauren) Pucci, eleven great-grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren; along with many other loving family members and friends.
Services will take place on Saturday, July 11, at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home. Visitation at 12:30 pm, Funeral Service at 1:30 pm, and interment to follow.
