Nancy was born November 18, 1941 in Bowie Texas. In 1966, Nancy married Richard “Dick” DeHaven and devoted their life to each other for 55 years.
Nancy taught speech and drama at Bedford Jr. High School and Tarrant County Jr. College.
Her life calling was to take care of her family and their household. In Nancy’s spare time she loved to sew.
Nancy is survived by her husband, Richard DeHaven; son, Clifford DeHaven; and her brother, Stanley Underwood.
An Inurnment will be held on November 10, 2021 at 11:00am at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park, located at 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, Texas 76034.
