

Ramona Martinez, age 75, entered the presence of our Lord and Savior on June 15, 2026, in North Richland Hills, Texas, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on May 6, 1951, in Puerto Rico.
Ramona was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She is survived by her three children, Aixa Galarza, Nancy Machado, and Hector Eloy Rosario; her six beloved grandchildren, Isis Victoria, Frances Lourdes, Nathan, Elizabeth, April, and Hector Daniel; and her two cherished great-grandchildren, Frederick and Elias. Her family was the center of her world, and she found her greatest joy in loving and caring for them.
Throughout her life, Ramona worked as a seamstress and secretary. She was known for her strong work ethic, determination, and unwavering commitment to providing for those she loved. Yet, her greatest accomplishments were not measured by her career, but by the lives she touched through her kindness, wisdom, and example.
To know Ramona was to know strength. She faced life's challenges with extraordinary courage and resilience. Like a mighty oak tree, Ramona stood firm through every season of life. Deeply rooted in her faith and unwavering in her love for her family, she weathered every storm with remarkable strength and grace. No matter what hardships came her way, she stood firm, drawing strength from her love for God and her family.
Above all else, Ramona's greatest gift was her unwavering love for her family. She taught her children not only through her words, but through her example of sacrifice, perseverance, faith, and unconditional love. Her strength became their strength, and her love will continue to guide them for generations to come.
Ramona was a woman of deep faith who loved the Lord with all her heart. Her faith guided her throughout her life and sustained her through every season. She found comfort in prayer and trusted God's plan even during difficult times.
She also knew how to enjoy life's simple pleasures. She loved shopping, listening to music, watching television, decorating her home, admiring beautiful flowers, and spending precious time with her children and grandchildren.
Ramona possessed a strong personality and a determined spirit. She spoke her mind, stood up for what she believed in, and loved fiercely. Her family will remember her strength, her wisdom, her sense of humor, her faith, and the unconditional love she gave so freely.
In her final months, Ramona fought with remarkable courage and grace. She demonstrated the same resilience that had defined her entire life, inspiring everyone around her. Though her earthly journey has ended, the love she shared and the legacy she leaves behind will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Her family finds peace in knowing that she is now resting in the eternal presence of the Lord she faithfully served. While they grieve her absence, they rejoice in the promise of seeing her again.

A visitation for Ramona will be held on Tuesday, June 23rd at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home from 4PM-8PM. A graveside service for Ramona will take place on Wednesday, June 24th in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park at 1:00PM.
